Remarrying a woman after 3 talaqs
Q. Can a man remarry a woman he has divorced with 3 talaqs?
A. When a man divorces his wife with three divorces (3 Talaq), then he will be allowed to remarry her on the following condition:-
First of all, after the iddah period of the 3 divorces, the wife must marry another person with whom she must consummate the marriage. If/when this husband divorces her, she will go through her iddah period of three monthly courses or the delivery of her child if she is pregnant, or 3 complete months if she does not have her menses. After completing her iddah, the former husband will now be able to re marry her.
