Question on Mobile loan (Bligh)
In My Mobile there is no Balance, then SIM Company optioned Mobile Loan for Urgent Use or any other, if we are ask mobile Loan INR 10 then, they will take tomorrow INR 13 (Service Charges INR 3).
In My Question is, the INR 3 Service charges are interest based or not, We will give extra money for using Mobile Loan. Please Clarify.

A Service charge is not an interest charge. It is a fee that is charged for providing a service and is not interest. Hence, it will be permissible to ask for a mobile loan and pay the service charge. Therefore, in your question the INR 3 is not interest.
