Position of a Juror with court during Juma time
Question:
assalaamu alaikum.
what is the situation of jumma if a muslim male is compelled to serve as a juror in the court during jumma time. he is not given exemption after applying. would zuhr salaah be in order for this case. a fine or prison time can be give to him for failure to attend the court. jaza kallah.
