Mahrams of husband’s and wife’s family.
Q. Can you please explain the undermentioned situation whether these people fall into the brackets of mahram or not.
1) A man’s nephews, will his wife be a Mahram to them?
2) A woman’s niece, will her husband be a Mahram to them?
3) A man’s paternal and maternal uncles, will his wife be a Mahram to them?
4) A woman’s paternal and maternal aunts, will her husband be a Mahram to them?
5) A woman’s paternal and maternal grand uncles, will they be a Mahram to her?
A.
1) The wife will not be a Mahram to her husband’s nephews.
2) The husband will not be a Mahram to his wife’s niece.
3) The wife will not be a Mahram for her husband’s maternal/paternal uncles.
4) The husband will not be a Mahram for his wife’s maternal/paternal aunts.
5) The maternal and paternal grand uncles will be a Mahram to the woman.
