Would taking the car and paying back the bank be Haram?

Assalamu Alaiykum.
I would like to know if someone asked the bank to buy a vehicle for them and then they have to repay the bank if interest is included?
My aunt who is non-Muslim got the bank to buy a car for her, she wants to sign over everything to me but she’s still paying for the car so I would have to continue the payments for about 4 more years. She said she’s not sure if there is interest but if I were to miss a payment I would have to pay extra. Would taking the car and paying back the bank be Haram or is it ok to do so?

Wa Alaikum As Salaam,
Yes. In repaying the bank, interest is included.
When you take the car, you will also be required to pay the interest which is totally haram. Hence, you should not do so.
